Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase date. Items must be free of marks, stains, makeup, etc. All original tags must be attached. We do not allow exchanges or returns on accessories. They will be final sale once purchased.

We will not accept any packages without prior contact.
Once items are received and the above criteria are met, your store credit/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
If the above criteria are not met, we will be unable to process the exchange and items will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Homegrown Marketplace is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please keep your tracking information.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us within 5 days. Items can't be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Homegrown Marketplace can no longer be responsible. We will cover the shipping costs in the event of a wrong item or damaged item being received.
All sale items are final sale with no exceptions.
All shoe returns must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box or bag. Damage to the original shoe box makes the order ineligible for exchange and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
